Melissa has a background in environmental planning, transport planning, and planning consultancy and has qualifications in political science (BA), environmental studies (BA), climate change (MSc) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (Cert). As a founding partner of Small Fish, Melissa plays a key role in the continued development and growth of the business, particularly in the development of its environmental strategy consulting business, with a focussed remit on climate change, air quality action planning, Strategic Environmental Assessment and Sustainability Appraisal.
John has over thirty years of experience in minerals and waste planning, having dealt with all aspects of minerals and waste planning including land reclamation, development control, monitoring and enforcement and forward planning. He has a BSc in Town Planning and has been a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1974.
Terry is a financial accountant and business administrator. He is currently responsible for all business management functions at Small Fish, including invoicing, payments and contracting.
